Task to release 1.2.5

Release tasks include (but are not limited to):

• collect the fixes in janus plugins + community plugins, and verifying that they've been released to npmjs.com
• collect the updated plugin versions into showcase, and verifying a downstream build has succeeded
• add builds to the errata
• validate CVP test results have all passed - https://errata.engineering.redhat.com/advisory/140058/test_run/greenwave_cvp
• push errata to stage - https://errata.engineering.redhat.com/push/push_history_for_errata/140058
• coordinate with QE and Doc via slack and email notifications of RC builds and progress of testing, doc readiness, etc. - sent last RC on 11/06

TODO:

• remind QE to move the errata to {{REL_PREP; }}watch while the builds are pushed (1-2 hrs?); complain on slack in various rel-eng channels if things break while pushing or ask siege for help
• generate the helm chart PR for the openshift helm charts repo; monitor until it's merged
• smoke test the operator and helm installs

TODO on GA day:

• notify Docs that they can release the latest RN updates 

• tag the repos w/ the new 1.2.5 tag; bumping the repos to 1.2.6 in case we do another z update
• update the RELEASE_GUIDE.adoc with any new processes/fixes
