Some improvement and cleanup suggestions for the topology plugin (now part of BCP).

Acceptance Criteria

1. The topology plugin should contain example catalog entities and some k8s resources (yamls) to setup a local test really quick.
2. Check if we have all necessary or common eslint of BCP rules enabled and if there is any reported issues.
3. Check if we can remove the MEMO[memoKey] cache from plugins/topology/src/const.ts and plugins/topology/src/common/components/ResourceName.tsx. See https://github.com/backstage/community-plugins/pull/1470#pullrequestreview-2359890367 - Test the topology plugin with at least 100 resources.
