Description of problem:

On the RHDH instance used by our team, we're finding that the descriptions for entries in the catalog view are cut off to just a couple words, with no text-wrapping and no noticeable way to resize the table's columns.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import https://github.com/johnmcollier/model-catalog-reference/blob/main/ollama-model-service/catalog-info.yaml into the catalog

Actual results:

The descriptions for the various catalog entries are drastically cut off, without any text-wrapping.

Expected results:

The description for each entry wraps, and/or some way to resize the table is provided.
