Story

As a user of RHDH, I should see an alert in the delete repository dialog on the `Added repositories` page of the Bulk Import plugin, indicating any repositories that are configured in the catalog locations of the app-config.

Background

Currently, repositories configured in the app-config cannot be deleted, which may cause users to mistakenly believe that the delete functionality is not working.

Acceptance Criteria

Show an alert in the delete dialog box indicating if the repository is configured in the catalog locations of the app-config.
