followup to RHIDP-3599

The following private plugins need a manual release:

• https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/blob/main/plugins/lightspeed/package.json 0.1.1
  • https://www.npmjs.com/package/@janus-idp/backstage-plugin-lightspeed/v/0.1.1
• https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/pull/2115 add lightspeed backend plugin
• fix compilation errors - rerun `yarn;yarn tsc`
• https://github.com/janus-idp/backstage-plugins/blob/main/plugins/lightspeed-backend/package.json 0.1.0
  • https://www.npmjs.com/package/@janus-idp/backstage-plugin-lightspeed-backend/v/0.1.0

Steps to follow for a for a new private incubating plugin that will ONLY release manually:

• locally, remove private:true and manually release using https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/scripts/releasePlugin.sh
• revert to private
• DO NOT use MSR for this plugin's releases.

Additional notes:

Do not use a fork as the release script uses `git push origin ....` for pushing the tag
