Current Scenario

Dynamic Plugins can be developed using Backstage tooling and when the development is done it can be exported as a dynamic plugin package that can finally run on a supported cloud environment.

Feature Request

As I developer I want to have a local environment setup for dynamic plugins which configuration is the same used in a product environment. The objective is to seamless develop and deploy dynamic plugins.
