[Docs] CX: Reorganize the Dynamic Plugin Support Matrix based on the Support Level

      The current Dynamic Plugin Support Matrix consolidates over 50 plugins into a single table with various support levels.

      The goal is to reorganize the matrix by categorizing it based on the following support levels:

      • Production
      • Technology Preview
      • Community Support

      This restructuring will also enhance the user-friendliness of the support matrix.
