Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Platform Engineers should be able to install & run RHDH (and get support) on OpenShift Dedicated on GCP.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• The documentation should include the instructions for OpenShift Dedicated on GCP
• Customers can use any PostgreSQL database of their choice, but we should make sure that the Google Database is documented and tested
• Add OSD on GCP to the list of supported platforms
