While completing RHIDP-1322, I noticed references to janus-idp.io/tekton and 

janus-idp.io/tekton-enabled: 'true' in annotations. This task is to audit the usage and whether we need to update the annotation as part of sunsetting Janus and/or specifically as part of migrating the Tekton plugin.

Low priority for now, but should be considered alongside migrating plugins and showcase.
