1. Follow Scripted installation or Manual installation from: https://github.com/rhdh-bot/openshift-helm-charts/tree/rhdh-1.2-rhel-9/installation 

Actual results: Failed to install RHDH using helm chart{}

Expected results: Successfull RHDH installation using helm chart

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once):  Always
