User Story:

As an RHDH admin, I require comprehensive tracking of all catalog database changes (ADD, REMOVE, and UPDATE) to ensure accountability and transparency.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement tracking mechanism for ADD changes in the catalog database and integrate it into the audit log data stream.
• Implement tracking mechanism for REMOVE changes in the catalog database and integrate it into the audit log data stream.
• Implement tracking mechanism for UPDATE changes in the catalog database and integrate it into the audit log data stream.
