In the Configuring Plugins guide, we need to update the table of dynamic plugins.

Note: We can use the script provided in this PR to auto-generate the table.

We also need to add a note regarding production readiness of some plugins after the table - ee linked issue. This is no longer required for the dynamic plugins table, it will be handled in the RNs New Features section under Audit Logging.
