      Description of problem:

The guide for Installing Red Hat Developer Hub using the Helm Chart in an air-gapped environment refers to Deploying Red Hat Developer Hub on OpenShift Container Platform using Helm Chart as a final step.

But for air-gapped clusters, you have to install RHDH using Helm CLI, because the OCP Console won't work in air-gapped (it is unable to fetch the data and show it in the UI). Typically you run the Helm installation from a bastion host, that can access the internet - that's why Helm CLI works.

The solution will be to document installation using Helm CLI in the docs and refer to that for the final step on an air-gapped installation.

I'm opening this Jira as a follow-up to this conversation: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C05DS87H76J/p1718410222686949 More information about it is also in the Slack thread.
