Currently not all scaffolder actions are associated with a software template and have not been tested comprehensively. This task covers the testing of scaffolding actions related to GitHub. 

The testing status of all existing scaffolder actions will be recorded here and the templates generated/used to test these actions will be stored temporarily in this repo.
