Acceptance Criteria

There is a CONTRIBUTING.md file in https://github.com/redhat-developer/red-hat-developer-hub-software-templates repo that explains how to add a new software template. Information that should be included:

• What is the repository structure (how to organize software template files)
• What are the requirements that every template should meet
• What are the best practises for writing templates
