    • This change adds a new mount point to the catalog entity page, "entity.context.menu". This mount point enables plugins to add new entries to the context menu that is available on catalog entity pages at the top-right of the page.

      Current the dynamic frontend system  does not support dynamic frontend plugins that contribute extra items in the Catalog entity package content menu.

      As a consequence, plugins like the upstream `badges` or `playlist` plugins cannot be used as dynamic plugins.

       

      This is a well-known frontend plugin wiring pattern, which should be supported by dynamic frontend plugins.
