Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Self-service is one of the most important feature for a developer portal. RHDH is offering this feature via the Backstage scaffolder, but it's called 'Create' everywhere in the UI. We need to rename the 'Create' to 'Self-service' to make it more obvious to customers and their end users.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Identify all the places in RHDH where we have the 'Create' button (or link) and rename to 'Self-service'

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Rename the 'Create' that appears on the left side navigation
• Rename the 'Create' that appears on the Global header
• Rename the 'Create' that appears on the Catalog page.
• Rename the title 'Software Templates' that appears on the scaffolder page
• Rename the 'Register an existing component' button to 'Import an existing Git repository'
• Rename the 'Register an existing component' title from the register page to 'Import an existing Git repository'

Documentation Considerations

There should be no additional documentation as this is not a new feature. But if we mention 'Create' anywhere in the documentation, we will have to rename to 'Self-service' and replace screenshots if any.
