Lately I've noticed that while my operator deployments on clusterbot (4.15 or 4.16RC) work, there are often reports of flaky pods.
In the top right of the topology view, after you click on the operator deployment, the slide-out info shows a note about health checks.
Clicking on `Add health checks` takes me here:
Is this something we might want on by default as part of the deployment? Or is this something for a cluster admin to worry about, not an operator development team?
