Lets see if we can improve the System Prompt for Lightspeed as it has been a year since we last updated it

Background

On the sync call, we were discussing about our experience with Llama Stack 0.3.x with Lightspeed Plugin https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-plugins/tree/main/workspaces/lightspeed and the Llama Stack Agentic Sample Template https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/llama-stack-agentic-sample 

The Template had a better experience for the Llama Stack 0.3.x compared to Lightspeed with Llama Stack 0.3.x and this may partly because we were very specific and our System Prompt was curated to a T for the Agentic Sample Template.

Investigate if the UX can be improved for Lightspeed with a better System Prompt.
