not sure why this is happening but the OCI artifact images in RHEC are being classified as "tech preview", including the orchestrator ones

This might be a setting in pyxis we forgot to set, or it's an intentional config we set intentionally until we are SURE we're ready for GA... in 1.10 or 2.0
