Make configMap based objects multi-objects

      In order to add additional default ConfigMaps need to make app-config and external configMap based objects to support multi-objects (same as Secrets and PVCs).

      The usecase includes:

      • Flavour generated objects
      • Potential ability to configure directly in CR
