missing plugin version tags for RHEC images - krd RPA config problem?

      In https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/releng/konflux-release-data/-/blob/main/config/stone-prod-p02.hjvn.p1/product/ReleasePlanAdmission/rhdh/rhdh-plugin-catalog-1-9-prod.yaml#L466-471 we set tags:

                  - "1.9"
            - "1.9.0"
            - "1.9.0--5.5.1"
            - "1.9.0--5.5.1-{{ release_timestamp }}"

      But the push to prod for the http-request plugin https://catalog.redhat.com/en/software/containers/rhdh/roadiehq-scaffolder-backend-module-http-request/68ee9e40013c4ae8d0695d52#security only created these three tags:

                - "1.9"
          - "1.9.0"
          - "1.9.0-{{ release_timestamp }}"
