Comparing the DPDY files from these container builds:

• quay.io/rhdh/plugin-catalog-index:1.9-73
• quay.io/rhdh/plugin-catalog-index:1.9-74
• quay.io/rhdh/plugin-catalog-index:1.9-75

We see the contents are identical but some comments have been removed:

Since these comments are only informational and can be computed manually, it's more an annoyance than a problem
