      Task

      Lightspeed Core is expected to move their Llama Stack version to 0.5.0.

      https://github.com/opendatahub-io/llama-stack-distribution/blob/main/README.md has the Llama stack 0.5.0 information, and since lots of VectorIO/VectorStores functionalities are going to be changing, investigate and implement the changes so that the AI-Notebooks functionality stays consistent with the prior versions.
