Create a matrix capturing tiers/requirements/specs based of the first test runs and refine test specs: we want to start building a reference matrix that will map customers' desired setup (users/groups/catalog/plugins, etc) with environment requirements (architecture, size).

Refine the doc as more test runs and data comes.
