Add env variable support to RHDH e2e test utils framework

      Story

      To run the new frontend system in RHDH, two environment variables are needed:

      APP_CONFIG_app_packageName=app-next
      ENABLE_STANDARD_MODULE_FEDERATION=true

      It seems like a simple option would be to expose the ExtraEnvVars options from the helm and operator config as a configuration option to the e2e test utils.
