[Spike] Test if our default dynamic-plugins work in airgap deployments, and if our documentation is missing anything, see the feature description for more information. Document any key findings and note any follow-up issues that may be needed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• At least 1-3 default plugins tested in both partially and fully disconnected environments, see installing plugins.
• Findings documented (what works, what doesn't, why)
• Any script issues identified and logged
• Follow-up issues created for discovered problems
