      User Onboarding workflow is required

      Step Expected Result
      Navigate to RHDH > Orchestrator > Workflows > User Onboarding pass
      Click 'Run' pass
      Set workflow iterations to 1 and recipient to user:default/guest and click 'Next' pass
      Click 'Run' pass
      Run button should display 'Running' when the workflow is running
      		 pass
      Run button should display 'Run again' when the workflow has completed
      		 pass
