Task

As an engineer working on RHDH, I want to have stable E2E tests for the[ PingIdentity catalog plugin|https://github.com/backstage/community-plugins/tree/main/workspaces/pingidentity] so that we can claim GA support and catch any regressions/ issues. 

Background

As we recently got access to keys to a test environment, we are unblocked and can move to implement E2E testing for this plugin for GA support

Acceptance Criteria

Test that the plugin

• ingests users and groups as expected (maintain hierarchy, relations are established)
• works with the OIDC auth provider with the oidcSubClaimMatchingPingIdentityUserId sign-in resolver
