There are a lot of references to the Orchestrator NPM packages in https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/1.8/html-single/orchestrator_in_red_hat_developer_hub/index
Since we are now building and shipping the Orchestrator plugins as OCI artifacts in 1.9+, this page needs to be updated accordingly.
