      when branching, update the base image ref in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/rhidp/rhdh/-/blob/rhdh-1-rhel-9/build/containerfiles/yarn3-node22-ubi9.Containerfile so that it points to the latest image.

      Note that this is related to moving to node24 and yarn4 in RHDH 1.10, then later moving to RHEL 10 in RHDH 2.0
