Since we need to clean up rhdh/translations/ folder to

• only keep backstage translation JSON files
• make the translation JSON files name in <repo_name><timestamp><locale>.json format, for example, rhdh-2026-01-08-fr.json.

coordinately we will need to update the e2e tests to remove related tests from rhdh and update translation file import references instead of JSON files, use ts files.
