As a user of Backstage, I want to have a scaffolder MCP tool that able to Execute Template

Background

Given a user wishes to run a template from their IDE, When the tool scaffolder_execute is invoked with a template ref and parameters, Then the execution must occur using the user's specific Bearer token (passed via the MCP session or headers). And the system must return a taskId for tracking.

Ensure that the MCP server implementation enforces the same permissions model as the web UI. If a user cannot run a template in RHDH, they must not be able to run it via MCP.
