As a RHDH User, I want a simple toggle or configuration option to include official RHDH Product Documentation in my notebook's context, So that I can ask questions about the platform itself without manually downloading and re-uploading the official manuals.

Background

Users frequently use notebooks to troubleshoot the RHDH platform itself. Currently, they would have to manually find, download, and upload Red Hat documentation to get answers. We want to streamline this by offering a "standard library" option that pre-loads this documentation into their session context. This should be a backend api tweak, not an UI issue.
