As a developer of RHDH, I want to have a clear understanding of the design of the Deep Context Retrieval implementation so that all details of the PoC are defined and its implementation is straightforward to everyone.

Background

This issue simply takes it where the RHIDP-11564 ends. That said here we wold like to start working on the design of the solution we would like to build but also include all the team and their thoughts on the implementation design.

• A design document has been created, so it can be used for the implementation of the PoC of the deep context retrieval. Ideally we would like to have something like the Lightspeed Backend Plugin + LightSpeed Core Service template.All output should included in this directory: LightSpeed Plugin

upstream documentation updates (design docs, release notes etc)
