As a user of RHDH, I want to enrich the rolling demo environment software catalog so that it contains content from this location: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-local/blob/main/docs/getting-started-rhdh/index.md

Background

It would be very nice to have a techdoc section like this as it will be a great go-to for the first-time users of the demo.

The only challenge I would see from this story is how to convert the location into a catalog entry, but I think it should be a straightforward process
