EPIC Goal
This Epic covers the end-to-end analysis of performance test results from large-scale environments. The objective is to identify system constraints, validate architectural limits, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
The primary objective of this Epic is to transform raw data from large-scale performance scenarios into actionable technical insights.
- Identify Critical Bottlenecks: Pinpoint specific resource constraints (CPU, Memory, I/O) and software contention points (locks, slow queries) within the scaled environment.
- Validate Scalability Limits: Determine the exact point of system degradation to ensure architectural targets are met.
- Correlate Metrics to Root Causes: Map high-level performance spikes to specific code paths, infrastructure configurations, or database behaviors.
- Deliver Optimization Roadmap: Provide a prioritized list of tuning recommendations and architectural fixes to improve system stability and throughput.
