Currently, we update the DPDY once a day AND on any push to the main and release-* branches:

Instead of checking on every commit, a better approach should be found so we react to new images in quay or trigger this action as part of the index builds in konflux? or maybe the konflux build can push to the file to GH directly?

Ultimately we want to get rid of this file from the RHDH repo ENTIRELY so probably shouldn't spend too much time navel-gazing here, if we can find a quick & easy way to reduce GH action churn...
