Background

When we run the Agentic AI Sample for the first time, pre Tekton PLR, the RAG sources in the response are good i.e. they are valid Github URLs

However, after a Tekton PLR, when the Deployment is updated with a new build image and the Pod restarts, the RAG sources in the response have invalid URLs
