Consolidate GITHUB TOKENS for Llama Stack Agentic Sample Software Template

      Currently we have two GITHUB TOKENS:

      1. GitHub Token for creating issues with the Github MCP Server via the Agentic AI Sample
      2. Github Token for creating Gitops repo using ArgoCD (coming from the AI Templates)

       

      It seems they both have similar scopes for repo, so we can consolidate this in the Agentic AI Software Template
