Update wrapper name to extension in RHDH, This ticket is to address the midstream issues where the script expects OCI package names to be matching with the wrapper package names and failing during the build process.

This story should address the following issues:

1. Typescript errors in extensions-cli package
2. Update overlays with latest release (include the fix from #1)

3. Update the wrapper name from marketplace to extensions.
