      Task

      As an engineer working on RHDH, I want to bump up the llama stack version of the Rolling Demo so that developers can use the new feature set of this service.

      Background

      We're currently working on the upgrade on RHIDP-11190. After this task is done a very nice step would be to adopt those changes on the Rolling Demo side
