Task

As discussed in the 01/08/26 COPE call :

1. Starting in RHDH 1.5.x, the container size grew from ~2.5GB to ~4GB.  This was likely caused by the additional deps  added to the Dockerfile

2. In a recent customer support ticket, one of the complaints was the image contained unnecessary deps (skopeo, python - unrelated to point 1) but the consequence of this was, they needed to extend the memory of their image scanner
3. The goal of this task is to review the deps to see if they can be safely removed in order to reduce the size of the image, independent of the wrapper removal effort which should also reduce the size of this image over time.
