The Llama Stack that we use https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/llama-stack for the LS plugin is still at 0.2.x

Lightspeed stack on LCORE is at 0.3.5 https://github.com/lightspeed-core/lightspeed-stack/blob/9ead09879c743694e2985a391f550ea1e50acf5c/pyproject.toml#L31

We will need to update our dependencies and breaking changes as well.

FWIW, our Agentic AI Sample has moved Llama Stack to 0.3.1 https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/llama-stack-agentic-sample/blob/9ce3d6a6c08fa165789f687cd2670f537db13c58/pyproject.toml#L9 so we can also use it as a reference for any breaking changes
