Task

To merge the Backstage 1.45 https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/pull/3810 it was required to disable the Orchestrator plugin and e2e tests because there is no 1.45 OCI image available yet and the backend didn't started successfully.

This task is to restore all disabled configurations from https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh/pull/3810 and update the orchestrator plugin on the main branch.

Restore at least:

1. .ibm/pipelines/value_files/values_showcase-rbac.yaml
2. .ibm/pipelines/value_files/values_showcase.yaml
3. e2e-tests/playwright/e2e/plugins/orchestrator/workflow-all-runs-validations.spec.ts
4. e2e-tests/playwright.config.ts
