As a user of the Agentic AI Software Template with Llama Stack, I would like a better UX when it comes to err cases

Background

For example, if I forget to set an ENV like that for the INFERENCE_MODEL, the Llama Stack may error out because they could likely not have access to any LLMs or not have any default LLM to fallback on.

In such situations, it seems like the response times out and that is what the user sees without know the exact underlying situation. They would have to view the Llama Stack log to figure out what happened.
