Task
As an engineer working on RHDH, I want to implement a ServiceNow incidents filter so that users can filter ServiceNow incidents before they are displayed in the UI. These ServiceNow incidents should then be filtered with the help of Backstage entity ServiceNow annotations or filtered by user email. Without this filter, catalog writers would need to provide the same annotations for every entity.
