Currently all of the MCP plugins for RHDH (backend server plugin, and 2 tool plugins) are grouped together under one marketplace entry. For RHDH 1.9 and onwards, rh-ee-bwilcock has suggested that we create separate marketplace entries, to allow more flexibility in terms of what can be installed (e.g. installing a standalone MCP server without our packaged tools, or only installing some MCP tools).

As part of this however, we need to make sure we provide a way to communicate that the MCP tools must be installed alongside the MCP server to function. (i.e. they can't be installed without the backend server).
