As an engineer working on RHDH, I want to make sure all of our RHDH AI Plugins are bumped to their latest version  so that we can showcase all of our 1.9 featureset.

Background

We have indeed an automation in place for such updates https://github.com/redhat-ai-dev/rhdh-plugin-gitops-updater, this issue scopes on verifying that everything works as expected.

• Lightspeed Plugins
