Need a new table showing the before/after status of wrapped packages in 1.8 vs. 1.9

Goal is to document via a table, which plugins have moved to community and which are now available as OCI artifacts instead of wrappers

eg.,

before:

What has changed since 1.8 includes:

• packaging style (from wrapper -> oci://ghcr.io, when removing community wrappers)

• optional oci for TP/GA plugins (keeping the wrappers in 1.9 but also adding oci://quay.io into the DPDY file)

• support level changes (from community -> TP or from TP/GA -> community)

• publishing changes for orchestrator's 4 plugins (from NNRC to Konflux-based oci://reg.rh.io)

• publishing changes for 4 GA plugins being downgraded to community (from wrapper to Konflux-based oci://reg.rh.io)
